Mentoring Program Overview
For OMV, gender equality is more than nice words in reports. Our mentoring program is one of the activities to close the gender gap, designed to support and guide women in OMV, helping them navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and reach their full potential. In this program, we are focusing on the experienced women in OMV who are new to leadership roles or who are ready to take their career to the next level. In addition to the SheSkillz Global mentors, we would recommend you to find an OMV internal mentor / sponsor that can support you long-term within OMV. To close the gender gap, we need the whole company to stand behind and work together to reach our goals. You can find all information about the OMV internal self managed mentoring here.

OMV aims to build on SheSkillz Global's success and proven concept, making it a game-changer for women in their company. Together, we believe in fostering an environment where ambition is nurtured and opportunities for women are expanded. This program is one of the initiatives in OMV, to "step by step," achieve the goal of 30% women in senior leadership positions.
